Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions regulate the use of the reservation platform and the tourist services offered by Atacama Tours. By making a reservation, the user expressly accepts these terms in their entirety.

2. Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Atacama Tours.
Payment must be made through the secure methods offered on our platform.
The user will receive a confirmation email with all the details of his reservation.
Some services may require a deposit to guarantee the reservation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations with more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full reimbursement.
Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours prior to service may receive a partial reimbursement.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Failure of the user to appear without prior notice will result in the loss of the right to reimbursement.
If Atacama Tours cancels a service due to force majeure, a rescheduling of the service or a full refund will be offered.

4. Obligations and Responsibilities of the User

The user must provide truthful and updated information at the time of booking.
It is your responsibility to show up punctually at the established meeting point.
If special assistance is required, the user must inform in advance.

5. Modifications and Cancellations of Services by Atacama Tours
We reserve the right to modify schedules, itineraries or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In these cases, affected users will be notified in a timely manner.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Atacama Tours is not responsible for cancellations or modifications due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.
We do not assume responsibility for lost objects or personal damages while participating in our tours.
